ron focuses her practice on representing clients in investigations and enfo

Rob Ratchinsk

Rob has an extreme
ly unique background, growing up in parts of Canada, Europe, Africa and the
US, before graduating from the University of Victoria in Canada. He began
his career at Anadarko Petroleum, where he worked alongside portfolio, mar
keting, production and reserves teams. He then moved to the operations sid
e, focusing specifically on the bond between safety and performance.
He left Anadarko in 2011 to become the Vice President of Operations for En gage Management, a boutique consulting company for oil and gas operators. He managed multiple consulting teams across the US market including North D akota, Utah, Oklahoma and the Gulf of Mexico. With an experienced backgrou nd in statistics Rob focused on sharing operational data at the field level , providing crews the information they required to create their own goals a nd success KPI's. In 2016, he Co-Founded Engage Mobilize, a digital field management platform that allows operators to schedule, track, manage and ap prove their field transactions. He currently acts as the CEO of Engage Mob ilize and has built the company into the market leader for digitizing the o ilfield.

Sha-Chelle Manning is the Vice President o
f Technology and Innovation at Cimarex Energy Co., a leading US Independent
shale oil and gas exploration and production company with operations in Ok
lahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. Previously, Manning created and led Pioneer
Natural Resource’s Innovation Program for six years. Manning is on the Boar
d of Director of the IAMCI, a $240M partnership with DOE, Ford, and Lockhee
d for advanced manufacturing, and the Texas A&M’s TEES Advisory Board.<

Manning served eight years on the Board of Astrotech Corporation prep aring and sending satellites, cargo and science into space, and for three y ears on the Tech Titans Board, Texas’ largest trade member organization. Ma nning was co-founder of Malibu IQ, a $22M investment fund, a Managing Direc tor for a nanotechnology cleantech venture fund, and appointed two terms by Secretary Perry to Texas’ $480M+Emerging Technology Fund. She founded a co nsulting firm for commercializing technology, and served clients such as Lo ckheed Martin, HRL Labs (GM’s and Boeing’s Innovation Lab), and Texas A& ;M System. Early in her career, Manning was a key leader in two entrepreneu rial successful start-ups; Authentix (acquired by the Carlyle Group) and Zy vex, a nanotechnology company. Manning holds an MBA from University of Dall as and a BA from Loras College.
Justin Caswell (Panelist) - CEO, Revokind
After ser
ving in the US military for four years in NATO forces, Justin began his car
eer in Communications and Data Systems in April of 2000. Over the course o
f the next 8 years, Justin gained a deep understanding of communication inf
rastructure including installation, service, programming and automation, wh
ich eventually lead to large-scale project management spanning four states
across the Southwest.
In 2008, Justin became an automation techn
ician for XTO Energy which continued for nearly 6 years and earned Justin a
reputation for being an automation guru. During this time, Justin re-desi
gned multiple communication networks for XTO / ExxonMobil spanning 5 states
. By then an expert in his field, Justin became Chief Technology Officer f
or an Industrial Automation company in Colorado, followed by a Senior Autom
ation Engineer and Programming Supervisor.
Throughout his career, J ustin has also worked on several entrepreneurial ventures including owning a successful recording studio and record label. One project has spanned th e course of his career and is considered to be a culmination of his life’s work to date. Realized in 2002 and officially started in 2008 is what Just in called X-Source, an entirely new communication infrastructure. This has evolved into the Revokind, which is the world’s first blockchain-based com munication infrastructure that has high mobility and compatibility.
