This fun, unique event brings together a few of our favorite things - women, workouts & wine! There are two ways you can participate in this event:

1.      Choose a 45 minute workout followed by networking, OR

2.      Join us for the networking only!

Class space is limited so sign up today. Each class fee* is $10 and includes one drink ticket, appetizers, and a workout of your choosing. Locker rooms will be available to those wanting to freshen up prior to the networking hour, though many of us opt to stay in our workout gear.

About the Workouts

Cycle Beat @ 4:30 PM w/Happy Hour - A pulse-pounding blend of the best cycle has to offer!  Get your groove on and your heart-rate up as you cycle to the beat of music made to get you going up hills, through sprints, jumps and more. This full-body workout includes muscle-sculpting strength training, rhythm-based choreography, push-ups, presses and tap-backs. Getting sweaty and stronger has never been so fun!

Mve Class @ 4:45 PM w/Happy Hour - A fusion class that incorporates the Mve chair, Barre exercises and some Yoga. Level 1-3.

Power Yoga @ 4:45 PM w/Happy Hour – Level 1-3

5k Run @ 4:30 PM w/Happy Hour – Join Lindsey with Back on My Feet for a 5k run/jog downtown, leaving from the DAC.. 

Registration has now CLOSED. Guest substitutions can be made at the door.
