The DPC's 8th annual Golf Tournament will be held at Lakewood Country Club on Monday, August 30. Join us as a single golfer or purchase a foursome to raise funds for our three beneficiaries - Children's Hospital Colorado, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Weld County Fair!

Single: $275
Foursome: $1,100

• 10:00 AM Shotgun start (scramble). 
• Each player receives 18 holes of golf w/cart, two meals, access to the complimentary mimosa & Bloody Mary bar, and a golfer gift.
• Mulligans, prize drawing, and drink tickets will be available for purchase on site.
• Proceeds benefit charities selected by our 2021 Mentors - Children's Hospital Colorado, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Weld County Fair.
