The DPC's seventh annual Golf Tournament will be held at Lakewood Country Club on Monday, September 28. Join us as a single golfer or purchase a foursome to raise funds for our three beneficiaries - Soul Dog, Warren Village and Elevate USA!

Single: $225/$300 (member/non-member)
Foursome: $900/$1,200 (member/non-member)

• 10:00 AM Shotgun start (scramble). 
• Each player receives 18 holes of golf w/cart, two meals, and DPC swag.
• Mulligans, prize drawing, and drink tickets will be available for purchase on site.
• Proceeds benefit charities selected by our 2020 Mentors - Soul Dog, Warren Village and Elevate USA.
